Toni Mielke was born and raised in Minnesota. After moving to Vista in 2016 she began her journey into tattooing. While Toni enjoys American Traditional designs, she also enjoys creating tattoos in other styles as well. She’s available for appointments and walk-ins FRI/SAT/SUN/MON/TUES.
